After an outstanding experience with one of your best, namely Leslie Young, I asked for your email address so I could call her performance to your attention. Leslie and I had a parts related puzzle to unravel, exacerbated largely by my lack of clues regarding bicycle sub assemblies. Leslie was not only exceptionally courteous throughout the call, she was a true 'sherlock holmes' in extracting the right information to narrow the scope of my parts needs. When we were done, not only did we locate what part I needed, I even had tthe opportunity to learn a thing or two about my bike. Service like I experienced is rather uncommon in my experience and I feel she deserves recognition for her stellar performance. I should know, for over a decade, I ran the internetworking protocols suooort team on a little product called Lotus Notes for the IBM Software Group(Heh .. God how I wished it was 'little'). And I can tell you that even dealing with the cream of the crop in technical support, it wasn"t all that frequent that I witnessed support of the caliber I experienced on my call this morning. Leslie communicated to me without directly saying so, that she not only KNOWS her job, she let me know through her cheerful dedicated demeanor that she loves her job as well. You need to reward, promote, and above all hang on to that young woman! She truly is an asset to Currie Technologies!

I had blast - fun riding the new 2010 Via Lento bike. I wanted thank you and I really enjoyed with the new bike. Saved lot money on my Jeep's gas this week by commute to my UPS work ~6.5-7 miles round trip. My Jeep avg 13-14 MPG, I filled up avg 48-52 dollars and run empty in 4 days compared to this new Izip e-bike - WOW saved lot money for me. Really appreciated and thank you very much!!

Sheri is fabulous! She helped me figure out the sprocket on my 500 scooter. If there was a perfect customer service rep, it would be Sheri! I don't think I've spoken to anyone as good or as positive. If all your reps are like Sheri, then you have the best customer service in the world!

I cannot tell you how helpful Lesley has been. She has assisted through 2 issues with scooter - she knew everything exactly - She should be promoted but don't ever take her out of customer service! You have a great product, and great customer service!
I just called your service number and what a surprise! I talked to Leslie and she handled my problem without any attitude or 50 questions. Actually she was so good I offered her a job. In a sales climate that is very challenging, at best, I was expecting a problem getting through and then the same old "hold on" then passing the caller to numerous extensions without a positive end result. Congratulations!
Thank you for your help with my parts needs. My wife and I have been riding Scooters since 2002, FS missiles and the Stealth 1000. I wish we had audiometers on our scoots. I know we have ridden a few hundred miles. We go to the Bank, Post Office, Grocery Store and McDonalds. People have a bunch of questions and we have fun telling them how much fun they are to ride (I'm 62 years old and my wife is 61). Thanks for helping me work through the parts problem, you were most pleasant, although you didn't have what I needed, you used your head. That's what I call S E R V I C E ! WHICH IS A LOST ART any more. You went out of your way to help me. Like I told you, you get an A+ for the day. PS I race snowboards and teach in the winter.

I just wanted to give kudos to Currie for making an affordable e-bike conversion kit available. I installed one 8 days ago on my 21-speed mountain bike. I don't want to give up peddling, I just needed assistance on hills (I now live in "Glacier Country" in NW Montana--west of Glacier National Park), but my cycling season is short and I couldn't justify spending a fortune for a hub motor capable of decent torque and LIFEPO4 batteries. I can't say enough good things about the Currie conversion kit--I'm on the bike a minimum of 10 miles a day now. I don't need to worry about my knees having problems on the steep hills around here since I've got the motor to help and it does incredibly well on the hills I ride--it's got great torque. Thank you for bringing affordable e-bike conversion kits and entry-level e-bikes to North America. I'm a huge fan of Currie now and am telling anyone who will listen about your products.

I did call Sherry at customer service. A very positive experience I may add. She answered all my questions and gave me some tips on how to condition the new battery. I knew I had made the right decision to deal with Currie.

Tina was helpful, professional and efficient. Within a week I received a new controller and it resolved the problem. I will be back riding again. It took me 30 minutes to install. She knew exactly what was wrong.
