The Izip Trekking Enlightened is designed for efficient and comfortable riding on the streets or on the trail. With an adjustable pedal assist system, you choose from five levels of electric power support. The Trekking’s stealth design embeds the high capacity Lithium battery pack and control electronics in the frame for great looks while providing superior balance and handling characteristics.

The Izip Trekking Enlightened includes a 6061 aluminum frame, 24-speed derailleur system, alloy front suspension fork and suspension seat post, front disc brakes and an adjustable rise stem for perfect positioning. Weighing in at only 52 lbs, the Trekking is one of the lightest , fully accessorized, full size eBikes on the market today.

Torque Measurement System

• TMM4 Torque Measurement Technology reads subtle changes in chain line force and drives the motor for pedal assist power.
• The Advantage: There are no throttles or other distractions to the ride. The system reads human power input and adds motor power proportional to the force applied when pedaling.

Electro Drive

• Currie Enlightened Series Bicycles offers a 24V 10 ampere hour battery pack with advanced Lithium-ion power storage.
• The Advantage: Advanced Lithium-ion power storage offers a safe system with single cell battery management for superior performance and long cycle life.
• The Benefit: Lithium-ion battery packs are lighter and last longer; just one-third the weight and three times the cycle life when compared to heaver SLA batteries.
